Ingredients
fresh spinach leavesshrimpcherry tomatoescroutonsfresh mozzarellaparmesan cheese (optional)Creamy italian dressingsalt and pepper
Directions
Steam or boil shrimp until pink and opaque. Let cool to warm or cold. Add other ingredients and toss. Sprinkle w/ salt and pepper and parmesan cheese (optional).
