Missas Turkey Soup

Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 ozOnions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)Beans, navy, 3 cupCorn Starch, .25 cupGarlic, 4 cloveSalt, 2 tbsp2 Quarts water
Directions
Add turkey and water to slow cooker with herbs (thyme, rosemary, savory, sage) and garlic. Cook for 6 hours.
Transfer to a large pot, add veggies and boil for 45 minutes. Mush up cooked beans and add to soup.
Thicken with cornstarch.
