Chicken Curry with Roma Tomatoes

Ingredients
4oz=2 pieces Chicken Tenders, fresh raw, chicken breast2 Med Diced Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh1 tsp Coriander1 tsp Curry powder 2 tbsp chopped Scallions, raw 2 oz Sauvignon Blanc Gallo Wine1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning BlendLemon, fresh squeezed, juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions
Place chicken tenders between plastic wrap, pound out until about 1/4 inch thick. Dress chicken with spices and Mrs. Dash. Spray bottom of no stick pan and cook chicken on both sides about 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes, green onions and wine to pan. Cook covered about 5-7 minutes. Squeeze lemon juice on top of mixture cook for another 1-2 minutes then serve while hot.
