Teriyaki Chicken (freezer to crock pot)

Ingredients
Chicken Breast (raw, boneless, skinless), 16 oz, cut into 1" cubesBell Pepper Red, fresh, 2-3 oz.Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added, 2.5 cup (1 can including juice)Red Onion Raw 1/4 cupKikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 10 tbspCarrots, raw, 2 cup, choppedGarlic, 1 clove, minced
Directions
Mix ingredients together in a gallon ZipLock bag. Freeze.

To cook, thaw bag overnight. Empty into crock pot or slow cooker. Cook 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low. Serve with rice.
