Cinnamon & Honey Weight Loss Tea

Ingredients
1 tsp pure/raw honey1/4 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp ground ginger (or 1 tsp of fresh chopped ginger root)1 tsp lemon juice3/4 cup of water
Directions
Boil ground cinnamon and ginger in water for 7 mins, stirring occasionally. Transfer to cup, strain if you prefer. Stir in lemon juice and honey.

Allow to cool enough to drink. Consumer while warm.

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving (3/4 of a cup)
