Ingredients
2 lbs chuck pot roast1 med onion, chopped3 baking potatoes, cut into eighths2 cloves garlic, minced2 handfuls baby carrots1 cube beef bouillon6 oz red winewater
Directions
Add all ingredients to slow cooker; fill with water to cover. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Serves 6 dinner-sized portions.
