Balsamic Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
1/2 c. Minute Brown RiceFrozen Chicken BreastGreen BeansBalsamic VinagretteStone Ground MustardDried, Minced GarlicMrs. Dash Seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F
Spray small casserole dish with non-stick spray. Place frozen breast in dish. In a small bowl mix Mrs. Dash, vinagrette, garlic, and mustard. Pour mix over chicken breast. Cover dish and bake for 35 minutes. While chicken is baking, prepare rice according to package directions. Add green beans to cooked rice. When chicken is done, serve it over rice/beans mix. Pour any leftover liquid from chicken over the meal. Enjoy!
