Healthy Workout Bars

Ingredients
1/2 cup rice syrup1 teas. vanilla1/2 cup peanut butter1/4 cup waterMix above ingredients in a stand mixer3/4 cup brown rice flour1/2 cup oat bran or Nutty Rice Cereal6 scoops 100% whey protein, unsweet. (1 3/4c)2 Tbsp. ground flaxseed3 Tbsp. cocoa (heaping)Mix dry ingredients together and add to moist ingredients. Mix together with stand mixer 1-2 minutes.
Directions
Press into a lightly oiled 7 x 11 pan. Cut into 15 pieces. Refrigerate 30 minutes before removing from pan. Store in refrigerater.

Gluten-free if Nutty Rice Cereal is used
