Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

14 T softened unsalted butter3/4 C packed brown sugar1/2 C white sugar2 eggs (room temp)1/c C non fat greek yogurt1 t vanilla1/3 and 1/2 c all purpose flour2/3 C whole wheat flour1/4 cup milled flax 1 t baking soda1 t cinnamon1/2 t salt3 C Quaker oats1 C milk chocolate chips1 C semi sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350.
Cream softened butter and sugar with mixer. Add eggs, vanilla and yogurt and mix till well incorporated. Measure and mix flours, flax, salt, cinnamon and baking soda to a separate bowl and mix well. Add to the butter mixture until just blended, scraping bowl bottom (don't overmix) Add oatmeal and chocolate chips until just blended. Drop by rounded spoonfuls on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 8-12 minutes. Let rest for a few minutes after baking on baking sheet before transferring to cooling rack.
