Sleepy Breakfast Quiche

Ingredients
2 large eggs2 Tbsp salsaAbout 1 oz. 1% milk1 4.5" corn tortilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat eggs in small bowl. Add salsa and milk, stir. Gently press corn tortilla into small pie pan or casserole dish. Pour in egg mixture. Place pan on cookie sheet in case of spillage. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, until filling is firm but not brown.
