Paula's Pretty Simple Mexican Chicken & Rice

* Member's Mark Premium Chunk Chicken Breast in water (1/3 cup), 5 serving * Minute Rice, Brown (1/2 cup or 43 grams), 3 serving * *Bush’s Pinto Beans, 1.5 cup * *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1 cup * McCormick Chili Seasoning Mix (1 serving = 1 cup chili), 4 serving # *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.75 cup
1. Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup of cheese in a 2 qt. covered casserole dish.
2. Add 1 soup can of water, mix well.
3. Cover and bake at 400* for 30-45 mins until rice is cooked.
4. Remove cover and bake another 15 mins to allow liquid to be absorbed.
5. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of cheese over top, bake a couple more mins until cheese is melted.
