Creamy Hamburger Soup

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beefmedium onion, chopped12 oz can v8 juice2 medium potatoes, diced10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup10 3/4 oz can cream of celery soup10 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
1 Saute beef and onion in skillet; Drain.

2. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.

3. Cover. Cook on low 8 hours.
