Turkey Breast Meat Loaf

cooking spray 2 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Basil 1 tsp crushed red pepper1/2 cup bread crumbs2 Tbs Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce) 1 large Egg 1/2 cup onion, finely diced32 oz Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast 3 Tbs Ketchup, divided2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- Preheat oven to 350
- Spray a med sized loaf pan with cooking spray
- combine 2 tablespoons ketchup and the mustard in a small bowl for glace; set aside
- Heat onion and garlic in a glass bowl in the microwave on high 1 minute;
- Combine all ingredients, except glace mixture, in a large bowl
- Shape evenly into the loaf pan, tamping down slightly around the edges
- spread the glace mixture evenly over the top of the loaf
Bake 1 hour or until the center of the loaf reaches 165 degrees
Serving Size: makes 8 servings
