Mushroom stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

9 large mushrooms2 slices Sharp cheddar cheese slice3 slices turkey bacon1/4 cup crumbled cooked pork sausage1 tsp garlic1/4 cup italian bread crumbs
Cook and drain sausage and bacon. When cool, chop into small pieces.
Pull out stems of mushrooms and chop stem piece finely.
Place mushroom heads into lightly sprayed 8x8 glass dish. (or on other cooking pan with edges).
Mix all ingredients together until evenly mixed. Stuff Mushroom heads and let extra stuffing fall around.
Bake 375° for 30 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 9 mushrooms (3 per serving)
