Turkey Divan

Ingredients
turkey breast, cooked1 small onion dicedmushrooms, slicedbroccoli florets olive oilwatercorn starchcream cheesemayonnaisechicken boullion
Directions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add onions and saute until lightly browned add the mushrooms and cook a few more min. Then add the turkey and the broccoli. Add about one cup of water and the boullion and allow the broccoli to steam. Mix the corn starch in half a cup of water and pour into the pan. Allow to thicken. Cook about 10 min. Just befoe serving drop in cream cheese in tablespoons full and the mayonaise and still gently to mix.
