Honey oat granola, roasted

2 cups, rolled oats (preferably gluten free) 2 tbsp, honey1 tsp, cinnamon1 tsp, vanilla extract1 tbsp, sunflower oil
Preheat oven 325 degrees.
Mix honey, vanilla and oil. Mix together cinnamon to oats. Pour honey mixture over cinnamon oat mixture and stir until all oats are well coated. Spread into a shallow baking pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for approx. 30 minutes or until hardened. Then break apart with fork.
Serving Size: makes 2 cups of honey oat granola about 6-8 2tbsp servings
