Couscous with Broccoli, Tomatoes and Feta

Ingredients
1 1/2 Tbls. olive oil1 medium onion, coarsely chopped1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper1/2 tsp. each turmeric, coriander, cumin1 1/2 cups chopped fresh broccoli3 cloves minced garlic1 14.5 oz. can chicken broth1 cup dry couscous1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Directions
Saute onion and crushed red pepper in olive oil until translucent. Stir in turmeric, coriander and cumin. Mix until fragrant. Stir in broccoli and garlic. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add couscous, cover and remove from heat. Let this sit for 5-6 min until all liquid is absorbed then stir in tomatoes and feta cheese.
