Slow Cooker Porcupine Meatballs

Ingredients
1lb ground beef1/2 tsp pepper1 tsp salt3 cloves garlic1/2 cup non-fat milk1/2 cup uncooked white rice1 cup italian style bread crumbs2 cups water1 -24oz jar of your favorite pasta sauce or tomato soup
Directions
Mix the first 7 ingredients and shape into meatballs with an ice cream scoop or your hands.

Place in a single layer in your crockpot

Mix the water and sauce together and pour over the meatballs

Cover the crockpot & Cook on low for 7-8 hours or until meatballs are cooked through. The bigger the meatballs the longer cooking time you'll need.
