Keto Almond Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients
4 Tbsp unsalted butter1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 cup & 2 Tbsp almond flour1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt4 eggs1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp parsley
Directions
combine dry ingredients, and in a separate bowl mix the eggs.

combine the wet and dry ingredients, pour batter evenly onto a muffin top pan (the one I used makes 12 muffins, so the recipe is calculated for this size).

Serving Size: makes 12 muffin tops (small muffin tops, not the whoopie pie size)
