Ingredients
Directions
1 cup cooked green lentils (I find they do better as meat in this recipe)1/4 warm water OR 1/4 cup liquid vegetable broth ( I like it with the broth better, if you use the broth DON'T use the water)1/2 - 1 tsp soul seasoning *not listed in ingredients and calories because it wasn't listed1/4 -1/2 tsp cumin
1. Put water(or broth), seasoning and lentils in a pan
2.Cook and occasionally stir for about 10 minutes on low heat so seasoning can soak into lentils.
3. Raise heat to medium heat.
4.You can leave the lentils as they are at this point or mash them up using a masher and a fork (to get those that didn't mash up from the masher)
5. Enjoy!
