2 pork chops1 can Campbells low fat cream of celery soup1 cup chopped onions3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced1tsp thyme
Directions
brown chops with onions in non-stick pan. slice potatoes thinly as you would for scalloped and add to pan with can of soup. cook for 30 min stirring often. add water if too thick. sprinkle thyme
