Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies

187.5ml brown sugar, tightly packed (3/4 cup)312.5ml salted butter, soft (1 1/4 cup)2 medium eggs2 teaspoons vanilla extract1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt562.5ml Self Raising Flour (2 1/4 cup)400g Chocolate Chips or chopped up chocolate of any kind
Preheat oven to 180 degrees (360 F)
Place butter and sugar in a mixer and mix well.
Add egg and vanilla extract and mix.
Sieve in flour and salt and combine well.
Chop chocolate (if not using chips) and add.
Mix together well.
Use a scoop about 1 tablespoon (15ml) in size and scoop balls of dough onto baking sheet. Place about 3cm apart. No need to roll just keep the shape more or less.
Bake for 13 minutes or until brown.
