Ingredients
6 tbsp liquid egg whites1 tbsp oat bran1/2 scoop whey vanilla protein powder (with 130 calories and at least 30 g protein per scoop)1/4 cup coconut flour1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp coconut extract (optional but is included in nutrional info)
Directions
Heat a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray. Beat egg whites until frothy and add remaining ingredients. Combine well and pour 1/2 of the batter into the prepared skillet to form a large pancake. Repeat with remaining batter top at will and serve!
