Curried Poached Eggs

Ingredients
2 large eggs1 1/2 tsp ground coriander1 1/2 tsp curry powder1 1/2 tsp garlic poder1/2 tsp turmeric1 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp salt1/4 freshly ground black pepper1 tbls white vinegar
Directions
Fill medium saucepan with about 3 inches of water, add vinegar. (You won't taste it, but it will keep your egg whites together)
Stir in coriander, garlic powder, curry powder, cumin, turmeric, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a gentle simmer. Break one egg into a small bowl and gently slip egg into simmering water. Repeat with remaining eggs. Cook in barely simmering water for 3 to 5 minutes or until desired doneness
Remove eggs with a slotted spoon and drain well
on paper towels.
