Spinach and chicken korma

Ingredients
2 small onions, 1 chopped small and 1 chopped into larger chunks.250g chicjen breast100g patajs korma curry paste1tbsp oil1/2 can of coconut milkboiling waterbig handful of raw spinach
Directions
Fry onion in oil until soft. Cube chicken and fry too. Add curry paste, half cover with water and add coconut milk. Simmer for about 20 to 30 mins until sauce reduced. Throw in spinach and stir until it wilts. Serve with rice.
