Directions
Trim visible fat from pork: place in resealable platic bag. Whisk together all ingredients and pour marinade over pork. Turn bag to coat pork evenly.Marinate in fridge for a minimum of one hour.
Transfer pork and marinade to baking dish. Roast, uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Pork should be slightly pink inside.
Slice thinly and drizzle extra sauce over pork.
