Slow Cook Roast Beef

1 small roast beef1 or 2 cans of green beansBox instant mashed potatoes or homemadeSalt and pepperCorn starchOther seasonings you're choice (optional)
Put meat in crock pot. Fill with water till half the meat is covered in water. Add salt, pepper and desired seasonings. Put on high and wait 6 hours. After 6 hours leave it on but take out the juice and put in a pot to make gravy out of it. About 4 cups of juice. Put leave one cup out at first and put in a bowl.
Add 8 tbs corn starch to the one cup and mix till dissolved and add to remaining 3 cups. Leave on medium and did continously.
Put the can(s) in microwave for one minute. Take meat out. Cut it up. It should just fall apart. Serve enjoy.
