Directions
Season the chicken and cut into cubes. In a large pot add extra virgin olive oil, sofrito, garlic, ham and the chicken. When the chicken its almost done add the water and chicken buillon. Wait until water heats and add the rest of the ingredients. Let cook and the veggies tender.
