No Bake Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups white sugar3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 cup stick margarine1/2 cup skim milk1 pinch salt3 cups raw old fashioned oats1/2 cup peanut butter, smooth style1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
In a saucepan over medium to high heat, bring sugar, cocoa, margarine, milk and salt to a rapid full rolling boil. Boil at high heat. When it is a rolling boil, boil for 2 minutes!! Remove from heat. Add old fashioned oats, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Working quickly, drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper and let cool. Enjoy!
