Wildman Mini Breakfast Quiche

Ingredients
12 large eggs (or equivalent egg whites/Egg Beaters)4 oz Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla (or skim milk)1/2 tsp Garlic Powder1/2 tsp Pepper1 cup chopped green peppers1 cup chopped onions1 can diced tomatoes (I used Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced with Garlic)1 package lowfat/no fat ham or turkey (I used Hillshire Farm Black Pepper Turkey Breast for the nutrition calculations)
Directions
Beat eggs with milk
Add in remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly
Pour into 1/2 cup muffin tins, leaving a little space for overflow
Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes

Serving Size: makes 13 - 1/2 cup servings (or 6.5 1 cup servings)
