1/2 Lb. Ground Turkey1/4 Onion (Diced)1 Clove Garlic1 Cup Sauerkraut (drained)1 Cup Green Beans (drained)1 Can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup1 Cup Frozen Hashbrown PotatoesSalt & Pepper to tasteFrench's French Fried Onions
Brown turkey & onion, adding garlic during the last minute, so as not to burn it. In bowl combine meat/garlic mixture with all other ingredients (except French Fried Onions). Turn into a greased/sprayed dish. Cover & bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with French Fried Onions & bake an additional 15 minutes.
