Super-berry-Chia-kale-smoothies

Ingredients
blueberry Herbal Tea, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (Really you can use any liquid but I don't like using water and milk adds calories.Kale, 3 cup, chopped Banana, fresh, 3 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) "Great Value" Dried Mixed Berries (Frozen) (1.5 cups)Yogurt, plain, low fat, .66 cup Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas, 2 tbsp
Directions
Just throw it all in a blender, and then blend until smooth.
It works best to blend the kale and tea together first as it makes the kale easier to smooth out.
