16 oz 93% lean ground turkey1/2 medium onion chopped finely1 celery stalk chopped finely1/4 medium red bell pepper chopped finely3 cloves of garlic minced1 TBSP olive oil1/4 cup parsley, chopped1 egg1 TBSP bragg's amino acids1/2 tea onion powder1/4 tea black pepper1/4 tea salt
1. Saute onions, celery, red bell pepper, and garlic in olive oil until veggies are soft.
2. Once sautéed veggies are room temp combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly with your hands.
3. Form into 4 loaves and place on a greased sheet.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
