Kathy's Low Carb Chicken Salad

Ingredients
8 ounces chicken breast2 TBS Mayonnaise2 hard boiled eggs2TBSP sugar free pickle relish
Directions
Bake or broil chicken breasts or use a rotisserie chicken. Boil eggs. Debone chicken, place in food processor and chop. Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, eggs and pickle relish and pulse just until mixed. Remove and serve.
