Whole wheat chocolate chip banana muffins

Ingredients
8 Tbsp sour cream2 Tbsp baking soda3 cups (appx 4 large) mashed banana1.5 cup sugar1/4 cup greek yogurt1 10 oz (283 g) Dark chocolate chips3 cups whole wheat flour4 large eggs1tbsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Combine baking soda & sour cream in small bowl, set aside. Cream butter & sugar in large bowl until light & fluffy, add greek yogurt, mashed bananas, eggs & vanilla extract, beat until well combined. Add sour cream mixture & whole wheat flour, alternate until both are well combined with banana mixture, careful not to over mix. Stir in Dark chocolate chips. Grease muffin tin or use muffin cups in tin & bake at 350 until golden brown & top springs back when touched, no set time as individual ovens may vary.

Serving Size: makes 32 standard size muffins or 24 standard & 24 mini muffins
