Ingredients
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 4 cup (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)(C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value), 4 tbsp (remove)Cabbage, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.25 cup (remove)Oregano, ground, 2 tsp (remove)*Lemon Juice, .25 cup (remove)Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
Directions
mix all ingredients in a bowl - add salt and pepper to taste - let marinate in the refrigerator.
