One Pan Taco Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef2 Tbsp olive oil1/2 onion1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper8 oz rotini pasta2 c chicken broth2 c diced tomatoes1 c tomato sauce2 Tbsp sour cream1 tsp garlic powder2 tsp chili powder1 tsp paprika1 c cheddar cheese2 tsp cumin
Directions
Saute onions in oil over medium heat.

Add ground beef and brown. Season with salt and pepper.

Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth, pasta, and seasonings.

Bring to simmer, cover and cook 12-15 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and cheese. Stir to melt/incorporate, cool and serve.
