Directions
Rice 1 large head of cauliflower
drain, rinse and dry 1 can of chickpeas
2 table spoons of olive oil in large pan add chickpeas, cumin and chili powder and cook until crispy.
Sautee cauliflower and kale add seasonings.
add crispy chickpeas. plate add 1/4 of avacado and top with fried egg and siracha sauce to taste
