General Tso's Chicken

¾ cup ff chicken broth1 T cornstarch2 T Splenda2 T low sodium soy sauce1 T white wine vinegar*½ tsp. ginger2 tsp. canola oil2 med. scallions chopped2 med. minced garlic½ tsp. red pepper flakes1 pd. boneless skinless chicken cut into 2" pieces2 cups brown rice
1. In med. bowl whisk cornstarch, Splenda, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, and broth and set aside.
2. Heat oil in wok.
3. Add scallions, garlic, and red pepper flakes cook 2 min.
4. Add chicken and cook until brown.
5. Add reserved sauce and simmer until thickens.
6. Serve over rice.
Serving size = 1/2 cup rice + 1/4 of the chicken
