Low-Sodium FIsh Loaf

Ingredients
1 can Western Family low sodium tuna, drained.2 cans Gold Seal No Salt Added Pink Salmon, NOT drained, skin and bones left in.1 large free range egg (62 grams)1 tablespoons lemon juice1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper1 tablespoon parsley1 tablespoon freeze dried chives1 teaspoon finely minced garlic1 teaspoon finely ground fresh ginger root1 tablespoon dehydrated onion flakes1/4 oat bran1/3 rolled oats (not instant, not steel cut)1 tablespoon whole psyllium
Directions
Assemble ingredients. Per-heat oven to 350. Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well (I use a fork). Put in a baking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray; I use Western Family Canola oil in a 1 quart Corning Ware casserole dish.

Bake at 350 with the lid on for 20 minutes, then remove lid and cook for remaining 15 minutes.
