avocado corn salad

Ingredients
Pan roast corn in a very hot skillet until looks like roasted corn. Cool. Dice cucumber and avocado. halve tomatoes. Mix in bowl. Whisk together lime juice, oil, garlic and salt and pepper to taste. add dressing to salad and mix. store in refrig.
