green strawberry shortcake smoothie

Ingredients
First I blend a few ice cubes in the blender. I then add the strawberries and blend again a few seconds. I pour in an half cup of water, 1 tablespoon of instant sugar-free vanilla pudding powder, vanilla extract, 1 cup of kale and pulse until smooth. I did add a couple spoonsful of sugar but found it too sweet for my taste. If you like it sweet add some sweetener. Honey or sugar will affect the calories.

No cooking necessary.
