Ingredients
1 cup quinoa (cook according to package)1 tbsp olive oil3 baby carrots, diced1/2 onion, diced1 egg, beaten1/2 c egg whites, beaten2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce1 1/2 tbsp teriyaki sauce3/4 tsp sesame oil1/2 tsp ginger1/3 cup frozen peas1/3 cup frozen shelled edamame
Directions
scramble the eggs. Add oil to pan and saute onions, add remaining ingredients and heat through
