8 oz cream cheese8 oz crushed pineapple1 cup chopped pecans3 cups unsweetened flaked coconut.
No cooking; mix cream cheese with pecans and pineapple cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll into 1 inch balls. Roll in coconut. Refrigerate for another 4 hours or overnight.
