Ingredients
Mushrooms, fresh, 680 grams *Taylor Farms Organic Greens Medley Baby Kale, Spinach, Chard, Carrots, 85 gram(s) *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp Garlic, 4 clove pesto 2 tablespoons
Directions
rinse the chard spinach kale and put on medium heat in a frying pan. when wilted, drain the liquid, wash the mushrooms and slice add to the frying pan, allow the liquid to drain out. add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and saute the garlic toss the mushrooms and greens in the pan and stir fry. add some pesto and salt and pepper to taste.
