pasta with mushroom sauce

Ingredients
1 pkg. morningstar crumbles1 lge onion chopped16 oz mushrooms, oven roasted1 pkg. silken tofu1/2 C low fat sour cream1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup1 box of Pasta Cooked
Directions
saute onion till translucent, add morningstar crumbles. heat through then add muchrooms.

place tofu, sour cream, and soup in blender until smooth. Add to Crumbles mixture. Season with Worchestshire sauce and touch of Spike.

Serve over pasta.
