Skinny Slow Cooker White Bean Chicken Chili

Ingredients
12 oz. Chicken Breast 1 tsp. Salt 1/2 tsp. Black pepper 1 Medium yellow onion (chopped)1 Jalapeno pepper raw (seeded and chopped)1 Small can of green chili peppers2 tsp. Ground Oregano 1 tsp. Cumin 4 Garlic cloves (minced)2 - 15 oz. cans of white kidney (cannelloni) beans (rinsed and drained)4 cups low sodium, low fat chicken broth
Directions
Sprinkle chicken breast with salt and pepper and place in the bottom of the slow cooker. Cover chicken with chopped onion, chopped jalapeno, garlic, oregano, and cumin. Next add the beans then pour over chicken broth.

Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.

Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with two forks. Return chicken to slow cooker, stir and serve.
