Egg and spinach and cheese omelette Joe's

Ingredients
1 whole egg1 egg white or 3 tbs of container egg white1 pat butterdash black pepper1 slice American or Swiss cheese50 grams (2 oz) raw spinach
Directions
Melt butter in a pan
Add spinach and wilt to your liking
Add egg and pepper
Baste (with lid) to desired temperature 1-2 minutes (don't burn) and flip over for 10 seconds (no lid)
Remove pan from heat
Add cheese and fold

Serving Size: makes 2 small servings or 1 large
