Ingredients
2 fresh tilapia fillets1 teaspoon adobo seasoning 1 teaspoon olive oillemon wedges (optional)
Directions
Heat a frying pan on medium high and spread the olive oil throughout the pan. After rinsing the tilapia fillets in cold water, spread a little adobo seasoning (according to taste, but I notice it tastes better when I put very little on). Make sure that the seasoning is rubbed evenly throughout. Place fillets on the pan and allow to cook about five minutes on each side or until golden brown. If desiered, squeeze lemon on top.....Enjoy!
