Root veg and lentil curry

Ingredients
1/4 chopped red onion lightly fired in 1 tbsp. olive oil2 chopped carrots2 chopped parsnip120 grams cubed butternut squash50g of mixed red lentils and rice250gram tinned tomato 2 tbsp. Pataks curry paste
Directions
Lightly fry the onion. Add it and all other ingredients to the slow cooked add enough water to just cover and leave for about 4 hours.
